ADULT PICKLEBALL
Residents age 18 and up are invited to come give pickleball a try.  Two courts are available for open gym, drop-in play.  All fitness and experience levels are welcome.  There are paddles available for use, or bring your own.

YOGA WITH WENDY              Registration
Join guest instructor Wendy Henderson for
Ashtanga yoga classes appropriate for any level of practice.  The group will work together to improve balance, strength and focus.  Classes can be viewed at home.  Call the office for more information.

FAITHFULLY FIT AEROBICS       Registration
It's time for Fitness, Fun and Faith Building!  Dance and move to inspirational music: get your heart rate up, build your bone density, strengthen muscles and increase your
flexibility.  Get fit and have more energy for living life with purpose.  Suggested items to bring: 1-2 lb. weights and a water bottle.

PARENT AND TOT TIME

Join Roxanna Harwood in a parent and toddler interactive play time which will incorporate yoga! We will do circle time and learn how to listen and take instructions. Kids will learn songs and games and play with musical instruments. Sign up for a fun mid-week pick me up and meet other parents and kids around the same age!

FREE TECH HELP
Need help with technology?  TCT will have an expert available to help better understand any technological tasks that have you stumped.  Bring your phone, tablet, laptop or other device along to learn.  Drop-ins are welcome.

TAEKWONDO            Registration

Families that kick together stick together! This intro class will go over the basics of Taekwondo with guest instructor MauRena Scott. Students will learn discipline, basic self defense, basic punch and basic kick forms. The class will be taught by a registered Kukkiwon black belt who studied under Grand Master Henry Yi.  Wear comfy clothes and start your Saturday mornings off on the right foot. 

AGES:  3 & up     FEE:  $25 a person

COUNTRY SWING DANCE CLASSES            Registration
Grab a partner and join guest instructor Clark Letellier on Monday evenings.  You will learn the easiest form of swing dance; a good base for learning the dozens of other types of swing dance like east coast swing, west coast swing, jive, the shag, big band swing and jitterbug to list a few.  No rhythm, no problem!  Country swing is a fast, energetic form of swing that’s easy to learn with no previous experience necessary. 
AGES: 15 & up                      FEE:  $5 a person

CRAFT NIGHTS

Adults are invited to join us once a month for a crafting workshop.  There will be a different craft or project featured each time; clay gnomes, wreaths, signs, etc.  Watch for flyers and advertisements with each month's craft.

ADULT CO-ED BASKETBALL
Co-ed basketball will hold an organizational meeting on Monday, March 6 at 5 pm.  Location, fees, times and dates will be determined at the meeting. 

 

ADULT CO-ED VOLLEYBALL
Co-ed volleyball will hold a meeting on Monday, April 24 at 5:00 pm to organize the league.  The league generally plays two nights a week and ends the season with a tournament.  Fees, times and dates will be determined at the meeting.  A minimum of three team rosters will be required to proceed with reserving Buff gym space.
